Now, what you are going to read below is just a reality that summarized expectations from Glutathione intake, but first you have to understand what Glutathione really is:

Glutathione is a a tripeptide consisting of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine is known to act as coenzyme in a few enzymatic reactions, but its importance may lie in its role as a non specific reducing agent within the cell. Glutathione is the most abundant non-protein compound present in living organisms. Glutathione has many functions beyond removal of toxic metals like mercury. It is essential for maintaining cellular redox state, which every human metabolic process depends upon, in every living cell in our bodies.
Glutathione peroxidase may help delay the physical effects and problems of aging. Adequate amounts of glutathione are needed to help the immune system fight against free-radical damage, infection, and illness. Glutathione may help prevent or lessen symptoms of conditions like asthma and rheumatoid arthritis.
There's NO NEED to take additional Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Grapeseed, Alpha Lipoic Acid, zinc or other ingredients for effectiveness esp. if the Glutathione is already pre-mixed with these said ingredients. Research shows it has minimal absorption through the gut especially for the purpose of skin lightening, taking this extra supplement is not required. But if you think it will accelarate the skin lightening effects, then for arguments' sake, take them. But I suggest to talk to your Medical Practitioner for proper dosage before going too extreme with your dosage.

Skin lightening from taking L-Glutathione is just a side effect, this is not the main purpose of Glutathione. Glutathione is the Ultimate anti-oxidant, anti-aging, Immune Enhancement and detoxifier, skin lightening is just a BONUS!
Make sure to ONLY get pure 100% reduced L-Glutathione. Oxidized, unreduced or blends will not work for any purpose. im addicted   i have been using this cream for 3 months and my skin's improvement was phenomenal. Scars were totally gone, i now have that pinkish glow, and i had to change the shade of my mineral makeup to fair with pink undertones. My original color is dark brown with yellow undertones.
